Controllership lead for the Hino Trucks and TMHE Forklifts division, owning the full Sales, Service and Spares P&L on USD 155M revenue. Reduced trade working capital by USD 75.3M and gross inventory by USD 51.6M in FY2024, then brought collection days down from 180+ to 30 to 60 in FY2025. Redesigned the incentive structure from flat rate to discount tiered for USD 1.3M in annual savings, and designed a bonded warehouse parts hub that saves USD 414K a year in customs duty. Tightened the month-end close from 2 days to 1 while holding reforecasts within 5% of actuals. Awarded the Al Futtaim Values Award 2023 for financial governance and business partnership.

Finance Manager

Built the finance function of a Middle East fashion e-commerce platform backed by Al Rajhi Group in 2 months, from the chart of accounts through to 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts. Took Odoo ERP with Magento integration live in 3 months, compressing the close to 2 days, and automated PayFort payment clearing to remove 4 days of manual reconciliation per cycle. Led finance through the sale to Miswag.com at USD 8M+, above the USD 7.72M DCF enterprise value, with the Odoo commerce platform I designed valued as a standalone USD 136K line item.

Finance Manager | Group Finance Lead

Led finance for an Abu Dhabi pipeline maintenance and corrosion protection firm serving the oil and gas sector, while acting as Group Finance lead for the Chairman's investment portfolio. Applied IFRS 15 revenue recognition on Value of Work Complete and Cost at Completion across a multi-million-dollar contract portfolio, and ran an AED 25M bank facility with zero breaches. Cut DSO from 120 to under 90 days and extended supplier terms from 60 to 90 days. Modelled a 51.8% IRR investment case for a 105-unit Masdar City development and co-authored a USD 20.7M fair value on a DIFC hospitality stake.
